Abstract : A project can descend into chaos if the process is not properly defined, and one such process is testing, and the only way to prevent this anarchy is to have a process which is fully understood by all stakeholders with defined roles and responsibilities. A well planned, well designed, well built and well executed testing will in turn result in delivery of projects on time, to cost, meet the required quality and deliver the required scope more often and more predictably. The result of this approach will be to realize the expected business benefits and achieve the expected return on investment from the project. |
